We are an ESI and Nortel shop. We also have been doing Avaya IPO for a little over a year now. All of my techs prefer ESI over Avaya, probably due to familiarity and ease of installation. I notice some of you guys also do ESI and Avaya IPO. Can you all think of any reason you would install/quote and Avaya IPO over an ESI? Money is not really the issue. I would like to hear your opinions based on functionality, feature set and the "robustness" of the products. Thanks for your time.

You may find this more suitable (and get more answers) in the installers section.
I know i have one good story ...... i was meeting with my old boss - his interconnect was purchased by one of the largest Avaya BP's and we were talking shop.
I made the statement that i win a ton of business by telling prospects to buy their support on a T & M basis ....... the President of the large BP then said to me.... well they need to buy them on IPO's because they break!
