JBRAM Member Joined: Dec 2010 Posts: 38 Georgia	We are an ESI and Nortel shop. We also have been doing Avaya IPO for a little over a year now. All of my techs prefer ESI over Avaya, probably due to familiarity and ease of installation. I notice some of you guys also do ESI and Avaya IPO. Can you all think of any reason you would install/quote and Avaya IPO over an ESI? Money is not really the issue. I would like to hear your opinions based on functionality, feature set and the "robustness" of the products. Thanks for your time.

I know i have one good story ...... i was meeting with my old boss - his interconnect was purchased by one of the largest Avaya BP's and we were talking shop. I made the statement that i win a ton of business by telling prospects to buy their support on a T & M basis ....... the President of the large BP then said to me.... well they need to buy them on IPO's because they break!
