I have an ESI-200 system and I need to add a DID number. I have a block of 100 DID numbers pointing to my system from my PRI and have several DID already programmed on it. Can someone help me, from step 1, on how to add a DID to a port/extension? I want to be able to call a DID number and ring straight to the set.
Thanks for your help!

It is very straightforward - just program the DID to ring to the extension you want.

Your reseller can make this programming change via remote access, very easily. (If you do not want to deal with it.)

Add the DID number in F224 and point it where you want it to go
