I have a 128 system and the customer wants to be able to transfer to an outside phone # when the extension is dialed instead of going to mail box. nothing in the manual about it .

best way to do it is, set up a guest mailbox,but change it to an Info box, have the reroute goto an unused ID Branch that is setup to do the Outdial to the Cell Or Phone number, then program a unused key on the phone as " 565 press blue vm then dial the guest mb " that way the user can turn it off and on whenever they want.
I can see the light at the end of the tunnel..
