I have upgraded 2 pc's to Windows 7 64 bit and neither will select a NIC card to use ESI Address. Always get a dialog box saying failure to connect to NIC card no matter which I select.

My office PC on 32bit runs it fine. Laptops give me a choice of about 15 NIC connections however none of them work.

Check with ESI tech support, I think they may now have the correct version of VIP ready for 64 bit.
