I am currently bidding a system and wanted to get some feed back and options.
We are looking at 200 phones, all IP, The mix right now is 50-Exc. phones 60IP and 150 40IP, Due to the fact most of the 150 are labs, hallways, and other locations that just need dial tone to make calls I was thinking about going SIP phones.
Last time I did 30 polycoms on an IP Office it was hell.
What do you think? If so what model of phones?

Thank you,
Martin

I know the SIP phone are for local only no remote. ESI has a list of SIP phones that they tested. Are the savings really worth the risk of trouble shooting and loosing the functions of the 40IP?
