Took on a customer with a IDS 228. I am using procom plus for the first time. When Esc is pressed I get the enter password prompt, nothing happens when level 8 is entered. One of two things can be the problem. 1. My settings in procom plus are not set correctly or 2 the password has been changed, if so how can it be changed back to default?

What do you get when you enter "level8" and hit the enter key? You might try level 7 on down to level 1. Once in let me know the software level of the processor.
