I made the mistake of puting the port 001 in the wrong button group in 10.14 now I can not login to program there is no FEAT key I put it in to agroup with no buttons setup HELP I do not want to default it

10.14 is "Dial Confirmation Tone"

We need more info. Are you using the programmer on your laptop or are you going in through a phone?


I thought you said that your system was down...

I am programing through a phone. Iam sorry it was class 10.12 and I put the attendant in the wrong class

That is a tough one. Without a feature key how do you get into programming? I think (unless someone else can come up with something better) that your options would be to get a copy of the programmer or default the switch. I am assuming that there is only one station set up as an attendant?

I tryed all the phones, none of them are set as attendant. What is the best way to get a copy of the programmer. Thanks
