I have a ADIX ver 6.2, that is getting ready to be upgraded to the current version so, I know it is an old P.O.S.
Question is, I'm using the TOL as the voice mail and I was told that it would also double as the delay message station. In the sequence table I can't find a way to send it to the voice mail...in the newer versions there is an option to do this. Wayne in Sales Support at Iwatsu said that it would work at its current version with the TOL.
Is there some magic to this?

Are you talking about using the TOL for UCD/ACD messages when you say the "delay message station"?
