I've read a couple other topics and saw that MOH is attached via MOD on CPU. I see 2 MOD plugs on this CPU 1 marked RCN the other EXCN. Which if either is the MOH and what might the pin-outs be. I'd have someone come do this for me but the company this system was purchased from no longer sales or services phone systems.

If it is a cpu16 card, you will connect your music source to the EXCN connector. Looking at the card installed, it will be on the bottom 2 pins of the 4 conductor plug, the top 2 pins are for background music. Make sure you are inputting a low level music source to the card. Hope this helps.
