So our old card was busted, and I found a new card, only problem is I do not have the password for this card. Is there a way to reset the card?

If you got a card then you are going to have to program the voice mail. Not sure if your telephone system was set up with the proper hunt groups, programming, etc.
You will need the VMI programmer to get into the voice mail. I would suggest that you hire an installation company. Not sure if that is an option or if they would work/warranty a voice mail system that you got from another source.
Programming a voice mail without the training or know how is not something I would recommend. You could quickly find yourself shopping for a whole new system as opposed to just a voice mail.
Just my 2 cents
