Have a customer with a ZTD. I am tired of programming with phone and DSS, would like to program with PC.
I have a few different versions of PC programmer, ADIX programmer, ACD programmer, but not sure where to start.
Any advise is great, Thans. JJ

Have never seen a PC program for ZTD. Too old I believe.

There is , and of course I have, a progammer for each version of ZTD. They are DOS based programs, and do not get along at all well with windows 98. I have not tried them with XP, 2000, NT, etc. If you want to mess with it, holler and I'll try to upload, better yet, send a mailing address and I'll send it on a 3.5 Floppy. Adix programmers are not compatible, but you've probably discovered that. JC

I was also under the assumption that programming on ZTD's could only be done through the phone. I assume that's because the PC programmers do not work well with Windows. Fortunately we only have 2-3 ZTD's out there that are left.
I thought you said that your system was down...

Xconnect, I probably should have mentioned that you have to have a serial card installed. There are 2, a 1 channel and a 2 channel. I'm not sure if the 2 channel will work on a version 2. I'm sure it will with version 3. It's been 7 years, so I don't have a clue what the descripter was.

The site we have has 6 cabinets. It would make it easier to see what is what?
Thanks,
JJ

6 cabinets would have to be a ADIX. Unless there 6 independant ZTDs there.
