This may be a weird question, but what is a normal labor rate for phone system work. I'd like to know what some of you charge your customers and what others like myself are paying.

The rates vary a lot from location to location and also what certs. the tech has and brand of equipment. In Maine I know of techs charging as little as $40 per hour and others that get $250.
