I used to know the procedure for performing a self-test on ADIX Phones. Does anyone know the correct procedure? I have written down "HOLD - PLUG-IN, HOLD" but it is not working. Any help out there?

Are you sure that was a test for ADIX phones? I don't claim to know everything, but in almost ten years servicing Iwatsu products, I've never done a self-test on anything newer than an Omega III. Since it takes 30 or so seconds for an ADIX KT to come online after you plug it in, try holding HOLD at least until the display comes up. You can bet I'm gonna try this on the bench system tomorrow...
