I'm having a problem with international calls going into the vmi's mailboxes. Operator transfers caller to an ext and instead of it going into the mailbox after the call forward timer elapses it recalls back to the operator. There is fixed call forward set on the ext. Even if you try to manually transfer using the MBA button the caller only goes to main greeting or the caller hears that the ext you're tring to reach isn't valid. This only happens with international calls.

Verify that a mailbox exists for the extension question.At the very least, an 'invalid' message from the VMI means someting is not right with he mailbox in question, either missing a greetng message or non-existent.
Sometimes the thoughts in my head get so bored, they go for a stroll through my mouth. This is rarely a good thing.

Check 04.71.14 (trunk packets) in the Adix, you can probably turn it off or change the settings in the voicemail to route based on what you are getting from the telco....
