It's been a year or so since we've used softphones. I looked and I had setup logical port 97 as extension 1801 which was my softphone when I used this last. I'm trying to install it again and I'm getting a "Connected - Registering" message and then it finally times out after 5 minutes. The logical port is 97 on the ECS so I assume that I use 0097 as the Log port number. Am I missing something or am I way off on my setup.

I solved this problem. Softphones don't use leading zero's. The port was just 97 which I would have sworn that I had tried.
