I cannot get inbound caller ID to work. I am receiving it from the co. Am I missing something in programming?

I have the same probelm with the ADIX-M system. I cannot get inboound caller ID to work after switching telphone company. It was working before the switch. I a mreceiving it from the CO ( IX-8CTIK ). Am I missing something in programming?
