We just picked up a customer with an Iwatsu Adix and need some help. This is the first one I've seen. They have an 8SUBM-3 I think needs to replaced and am wondering if the boards can be hot swapped? Did not see anything about this in the installation manual. I would also like to know if there is a manual for PC Programmer and software we can get. Not sure what version the system is running yet but 8.17 was hand written on the CM.

As far as the PC Programmer goes, this is proprietary software that is only available to certified technicians and dealers. You might need to establish a relationship with a dealer that has access to this information in order to get some basic training and technical manuals.
