The MDF we have, for port 1, shows
W/B
B/W
W/O
O/W
W/G
G/W
Can I assume that Pin 1 equates to W/B and Pin 2 to B/W and so on?

That could defend on the type of IO panel you have....The rack mount and small black 110 stylewall mount ones are wired 564b. In which case your org pair will go on the green

Got it squared away.
Had two issues to deal with.
The rj to db25 connector on the aux port was missing pin 6. I fact it looked like the wire was cut inside the connector. So as proof of concept I found an old db25 connector and rewired to a piece of cat 5 with one connector cut off.
The other problem was the rj connector from my patch panel to the mdf. It was wired incorrectly. The person that was working on it prior to me was guessing on how to connect it. So I wired directly, using a piece of cat5 with one connector, from the patch panel to the db25 on the mdf. Everything looks like hell but it works like a champ. Maybe I'll get the proper connectors to pretty it up. Naaa! I say its miller time.

</font> The manual I used said "do not connect pin 6 to pin 20", as well as making sure pins 2 and 3 were crossed over... But, I guess you got it to work, so apparently, it's wired well enough! Enjoy the Miller!
