We have a number of IX-12ktd-2 phones and cannot figure out how to set the multipurpose buttons. Please Help!

All of the keys on the phone can be changed through the PC programmer to be whatever you want them to be. For example you could make them DSS keys, SPD Dial Keys, Line keys, etc.

Buttons are not user programmable. Programming needs to done by a qualified technician. It can be done thru the phone or using a PC programmer. I suggest you contact a dealer in your area. You may be able to get trained to do the programming yourself.

Buttons *can* be user programmable with the Adix User Programmer (which would require being configured by a qualified tech.) However, once you had it installed and working, you would be able to make any key changes you would ever want to do on your phones.
Call your local Iwatsu dealer (or Iwatsu directly to find a local dealer) and they should be more than happy to give you a quote for getting this setup on your system.
