Not a telecom guy but had it tossed on my plate because I'm network support. Before going back to our installers I found this board, I've learned much just reading through other posts. My problem seems small, I have an office where two stations ring on direct in. Until Saturday the ringer was loud on both. (loud = easily heard across the room, 20ft.) Now the loudest setting (4) can barely be heard standing next to it. The loudness does adjust through the 4 levels as pressed but 1 cannot be heard and 4 is like 1 on other units. Before I replace the hardware I was hoping for suggestions. Thanks, Joe

The 12KT - 2 phones has a known issue with Audio on ring volume and speaker. So you will need to replace the phone. These phone are no longer available (discontinued) I recommend the 12KT - 3 they are much better phone and has full duplex speaker phone
Alone we can do so little; together we can do so much
