I have some old extension numbers I need to redirect when someone dials them to new extensions, but have been unable to seem to get this to work.
I have tried to use the class 10, extension forwarding set to all, all, and the new number, but it doesn't seem to work.

For previous version, forward can't be activated if extension disconnected or invalid. Simply way is to use spare single line circuit by setting fixed ALL call forward in class 10 item 78. Of course there is still alternative, hope this may help!
