Ok we have a ADIX aps-l I think. I am trying to redo the station speed dials from a phone but it is not allowing me. I do not have remote access (no programing interface.) So everything that i have to do is from a phone. I tried to do a Speaker - Feat - Speed - 99 - (phone #) and feat.
However when i hit Feat - Speed -99 it immediately dials whatever the speed dial is set to. I thought it had some other way it had to be done but can not find my cheat sheet on it. Any help would be appreciated in fixing this. that or if someone has a source on how to get the programming interface i can do it remotely.
thanks Z

I am an idiot i think the user was picking up the reciever when they were trying to program it. Question still stands on where to get the programmer from. What route do i need to go since i am not a dealer.

Nobody here thinks that you are an idiot. I doesn't hurt to ask, and by the way: Welcome to the forum! Unfortunately, the only way to obtain any software for this system is to purchase it through an authorized Iwatsu dealer.

Of course this can be done by programmer but I guess the truth is that the "FEAT" key is not programmed properly.

Iwatsu is at times a little confusing to program from an end-user's perspective. Half of the stuff you can do, you have to be off-hook at intercom(internal) dialtone, and the other stuff with the handset in the cradle.
It drives me nuts sometimes...
Sometimes the thoughts in my head get so bored, they go for a stroll through my mouth. This is rarely a good thing.

yeah me too. We have four of these with a innovation voice mail system as well. It is very difficult to find anyone that can work on both systems. I can find some that can work on one but not the other and visa versa. Hence why i am trying to learn the system, just need to get the programmer now. i know inter-tel, Norstar, Nortel Option 11, and Mitel. Hopefully the iwatsu won't be that bad.
