We have a few Iwatsu ADIX Omega-Phones (NR-A-12IPKTD). They're the Iwatsu Enterprise Platinum Series 12i/12d phones. The third button on the left with the little envelop icon on it is a Voicemail button...no problem. But there are also three buttons along the top that correspond to the ePod (Easy Point of Decision), which is simply the on-screen LCD menu. One of these buttons is for Voicemail. My question is, can the ePod menu on the LCD screen be changed or customized in any way so that the three buttons along the top aren't redundant and unnecessary?
The Programmer I have installed is version 4.3.2841, and the closest Key Pattern button layout template it shows is “12KTâ€Â. Not sure if this helps any. I’m not real versed in all this…know just enough to be dangerous. :p
Thanks for any responses.
I'd rather be in Azeroth.

You can't change the three soft buttons in programming, but you can change any numbered key. The thing about the soft buttons is that they are contextual and change depending on the state of the keyset.
Sometimes the thoughts in my head get so bored, they go for a stroll through my mouth. This is rarely a good thing.

I'm not necessarily interested in changing the functionality of the three soft buttons themselves. I understand that they correspond to the menu on the LCD screen. My question was, is there any way of changing the LCD menu itself on the main (root) screen. e.g. Changing the far left root menu option from being 'VMail' to being 'Last Number Redial', or something like that.
Thanks!

In the display you can only put extension in that field.. in the LCD [or EZ Dial].. Features has to go in the numbered key field..this is under Station - more station and you should see a field for EZ Dial
Alone we can do so little; together we can do so much
