Greetings All- One of my users, who has had his mailbox since 2004, now has his clients get a "this extension is not valid" message when they hit his voicemail when he's on the phone. If he's not on the phone, it works fine.
Also, if I try to log into his voicemail from my handset (which I do to everyone else's) I get the same message.
I do not have the software to access the system (someone gave it to me once, but the laptop it was on got destroyed) and I'm really not in the position to spend $89/hr right now with my vendor.
Can anyone help?
