We have an IDS 228 system with VX2 voicemail. I am wondering how to access the various settings, such as COS for the voicemail system. The VX option from the main menu doesn't seem to go anywhere useful. Do I need to connnect a terminal to the VM card? Where can I get a admin manual for the system? Thanks!

What system do you have?

VXII or VX3 are stand-alone computers that interface with system.

VXC and EVX are cards that plug into system cabinet.

Good Luck!!

If all else fails, use a BFH.

You can hookup a keyboard and monitor to VXC card.

If newer software in IDS you can prees 3 from main menu and log in.

Press F8 and enter password to acces programming.

Good Luck!!
