I must be missing something here. In day mode all works fine. The inbound DID call is routed to the switchboard, and can be sent to VM. Once the system is put in night mode, the inbound calls continue to ring and do not go to VM as the routing is set to do. Please walk me through the different screens to help me find how set this up brand new. Here is the current configuration:
Extension 4341 (A Screen) PBX Port 120 DID Programming for 341 (Y/A Screen, page 3) Points to LID 247 LID 247 List Commands LI DR 247 4266, 4277 LI NR 247 4341 Forwarding and VMS (G Screen, page 12) Same as others around her, both day and night mode Voice mail box works fine during the day when transferred to Ext 4341
Please tell me how you would delete everything and set it up again. I have to keep Ext 4341 because of the DID.
Thanks, Magnus

I checked the Options Menu (M Screen) to find "Night Forward On" = Y already selected. Every other extention on the system works just fine in night mode, so I'm not tinking a global command is at fault.
Any other place to dig? How would you go about setting up a new extention for scratch? Maybe I missed something in my setup.
Thanks

I spoke with JJ and added one additional piece of vital information. There is NOT a physical phone for this extension. Therefore, having the extension represented in the switch as a digital line without a phone attached did not allow the proper routing after hours. I moved the extension from the digital port to an analog port and it work just as planned.
