Anyone out there offering tech support on Iwatsu Adix Omega? Im not sure wich one it is yet. I know I have to add three stations to the system next week though. I will have more information on it tomorrow. Just trying to line up help in the mean time.

Did you ever get help with this? I am new to Iwatsu but I just reprogrammed a defaulted unit in Silver Spring, MD.

Recently I have been asked to restore the administrator voice mail box that was deleted by the receptionist as a favor to an ADIX APS w/ a omega vmi card pc version 10.10 but I can't find the omega voice mail pc programmer disk. Can anyone help?

5oaks... you should really start this as a new topic if you want people to see it.
To create a new mailbox, you either need another administrator mailbox that you can use, or you need access to the VMI Programmer.

I need togo to my boss to come up with a proposal to the customer. Does anyone know how much for a install disk for a omega vmi, and what version # is compatible with Adix versio 10.10?
