Can I set the number of rings in an unattended mode? My office does not have anyone answering the phone and it goes thru 4 rings before switching over to the message prompts for customers to get to the extension that they want. Is there a way to set it to 1 ring? I've looked thru my book but I can not find it anywhere in there.

Thanks

Bunky,

If still on the Medley:

Change lines from at ring 1 to goto ID1. That will send calls to auto attendent.

If all else fails, use a BFH.
