recently changed from clec with T1 channel bank to LEC with dedicate loop start circuit. caller id worked on all lines with clec now no caller id and there is an audible hum on all lines. Any suggestions are appreciated

If nothing else changed- same connections to the phone system, same ports, settings, etc., it's time to holler at the LEC. Verify they are sending caller id info, test the lines at the dmark, then let them know they have an issue.
Sometimes the thoughts in my head get so bored, they go for a stroll through my mouth. This is rarely a good thing.
