I have a customer with a VML that is not deleting the deleted messages. It seems like it is not going through housekeeping nightly. Is there anything I can do to fix it.

Connect to the voice mail and retrieve and delete a few test messages and look at the mailboxes tab in system status to be sure they are in fact moving from the 'new' folder to the 'deleted' folder. Give the system a day or so then check again. If it isn't working properly your alternatives are to default things and start over - not the best option, BTW - or call into tech support with a modem handy and let them dial in and poke around.
Sometimes the thoughts in my head get so bored, they go for a stroll through my mouth. This is rarely a good thing.

I tested it and found messages are still not deleting. I never had to default a VM before. Do you know the procedure? Thanks.
