I have a site with a VS where some of the phones can be answered without pressing the line key, and others have to press the key.
They're looking to add cordless headsets, so not pressing the key is needed. Is there a feature code to enable this?

No feature code. It sounds like they need to be added to ringing stations in system programming.

Thanks for the reply.
I never thought to ask them if the phones were actually ringing. :bang:
