I have a customer that is moving from 22 co trunks to 2 PRI's. They want to be able to maintain the square key look that they have right now for their 4 front desk phones. The older Iwatsu systems are not my strong point, and I am looking for ideas on what I can do to give them the appearance's they are looking for. On other systems I have done Park orbit keys or multiple virtual extensions in a hunt group but I am not sure where to go with this on the Adix. Anyone with experience that can give me some pointers?

You can program line appearances for a PRI the same way you do POTS lines. I generally put all the PRI channels in one outgoing group and make a couple of buttons that access that group.
How are they set up now?
Sometimes the thoughts in my head get so bored, they go for a stroll through my mouth. This is rarely a good thing.

Be sure to force them to dial out via the Optimized routing program as some carriers will drop the outbound call if a user manually pauses between digits when dialing out on a b channel.
