I have an Iwatsu Omega-Phone ADIX system. When transferring calls to another extension the caller does not hear a ringing in the phone only silence. I would like for the caller to hear a ringtone so the caller knows that the call is being transferred. How can I accomplish this?
Thanks for your help.

Set Class 4, Item 71.02 to Ring Back Tone, or connect a music on hold source.
Sometimes the thoughts in my head get so bored, they go for a stroll through my mouth. This is rarely a good thing.

Thank you. This is a great site. Is the Set Class 4, Item 71.02 to Ring Back Tone something I can do or do I need a service tech to do this during a visit?
Thank you for a rapid response.

You'll be way ahead of the game if you get your vendor to do this for you. Get it done quick and right.
