Hello,
I've been trying to get a Polycom Soundstation IP 6000 conference phone working with our Iwatsu ECS (v8) system. I have SIP licenses installed and I am running the latest firmware on the 6000.
Whenever i try to dial, i get a busy signal or i get silence. Both of those results are from playing with settings in Polycom. Does anybody have experience with Polycom 6000 and a ECS system? Any good resources out there?

I have a customer with the same Polycom phone, and I recall having to change the transport in the Polycom to UDP in the configuration settings. Whatever Polycom uses by default doesn't work, so try changing that. I may be able to verify the exact settings early next week.
Sometimes the thoughts in my head get so bored, they go for a stroll through my mouth. This is rarely a good thing.
