I just got an iwatsu Adix VS-KSU phone system. I do not have the programming software. It currently stores caller ID information for only todays date. I want it to store as many as it can and kick them out as it fills up. Any idea on how to program this from the phone?

There is a setting in Class 4, Item 71.40 that specifies the number of days, 0 to 30 that CID info will be stored. The system will hold 500 calls on a first in, first out basis.
The VS can be programmed from the attendant phone. Check the manuals link at the top of the page.

That's the truth. If I had to choose between jail and programming thru a keyset, I'd welcome the time off.
