If all you have is a T1 with DID numbers, what do you have set for a default ring, that is, what happens to a call into the company's main number, or a call that doesn't match your routing? You can program individual T1 trunks the same way you can program individual analog trunks.

If incoming calls come in on channel 1, then hunt up, program the trunk associated with channel 24 to ring the attendant and the copy room in Class 11.32, and assign an access code for the trunk on channel 24, then set that as the DID destination you want to go to the attendant and copy room. Both phones will be ringing phones, so nobody has to push a button to answer an incoming call and calls should camp-on to the busy attendant.

Ok, so I'm on site right now, rang a did to line 24's access code. Rang phones for line 24 in 11-32, I'm getting a busy signal even on the first call when both phones are idle. If I set the lines for attendant intercept(11-#26) the line rings in as a intercept to port 001. and I can get two calls, But I would think the line would ring in normally, not as a intercept call. I have to be missing something small to make the line not follow class 11-32. This system did have a bad battery and lost everything. Multiple calls would ring into port 001(ext-220) before power fail.
The lines are programmed as co type 2, 2-way DID.

Give this a try: Make the attendant AND the Copy Room phone attendants, name both in the True Attendant position in Class 4 and set the DID destination to Zero.(This is assuming you have Class 7 feature codes correctly programmed.)

That worked like a champ, Got it fixed the day they realized they could only take one call at a time. Thank you for the helping me with this one, I have one more question, they cant fax to one IRS office in Ca. on a analog fax through the T1, which is on a VOIP circut, I can fax fine using a dedicated copper line from the same machine. I think this is more of a provider/routing issue and have called them to get involved also, I'm just curious what you think.

Yea I know, usually its the credit card machines that fail on VOIP's for me, The provider is looking at the routing since its only 1 toll-free number in Fresno that is failing. But thanks again for all the help with the ringing issue.
