Hi,
We have a fax machine that is requiring a 9 to access an outside line. Is there a way I can tell the phone system that when the phone goes off-hook to present outside dialtone to the fax?
We have an Iwatsu Adix - I can get version info if needed.

In programming Class 10 enter 9 in the Prime Line Access block for the fax extension.
Sometimes the thoughts in my head get so bored, they go for a stroll through my mouth. This is rarely a good thing.

Also, in programming Class 11, don't forget to 'allow' Prime Line for all your CO/PRI trunks.

Hey - just got back around to checking this post - thanks for the help it worked!
TelecomGirl - I wasn't able to find where you were talking about in class 11 but we have other faxes where the prime line access was filled in so it must be globally allowed?
