I have a customer with an ADIX that uses a PRI for trunks. He has a number of DIDs and they are all showing a particular number as the CLIP ID. He wants to control this CallerID going out and kill the bogus number now being displayed. I need help finding where to control this. Thanks.

Outgoing CID is set in 10.79, but it's up to the Telco to decide if they will allow it to pass.

I have the same issue, the system will show the main PRI DID number, but it works for certain did phone numbers.
I set program 10.79 (station CNIS No) for one of the extensions as one of the secondary DID numbers and when making an outbound call it still sends the main DID number. i confirmed with the telco company they removed the restriction for outbound caller ID.
what other settings can i check

Check Class 4.70 (element 3). Make sure it is set to 10.79 for the CNIS source.

4.70 is set to be the CNIS and not the Trunk; there is more to this issue, when i make a call to AT&T cell phone the caller ID shows correctly, when i call other carriers the main DID will show and not the number in 10.79
could this be an issue with optimized routing?

Class 29.9 will allow you to assign a single outbound CID for all calls sent out over a specific trunk group. Clear any settings you may have here. Normally, an entry on 10.79 would supersede any setting in 29.9. You may still have carrier issues with what is being pulsed out on your calls.
