Hello,

We've just upgraded our PBX system to be VOIP compatible with the Office Serv 500.

However, I would like to be able to connect it to our SIP server which, the Samsung sales information tells me, is possible.

Unfortunately Samsung doesn't seem to want anyone to know how this works. Our Samsung Installers, who went on all the VOIP training courses, were not told anything about sip connectivity.

Also, the manual for the product hasn't been updated since 2003, and there is no mention of the SIP settings.

This post: https://www.sundance-communications.com/forum/Forum23/HTML/000208.html shows that they had hidden the functionality for quite a while. However, in the new version (3.07) the functionality is accesible and the basic settings for connection to a SIP server seem relatively straight forward. However, there is no explanation of how to tell the Office Serv how to translate SIP requests to Extensions (and vice versa).

Any ideas?
