asterisk@home is very similar to the PBXtra that Fonality puts out. In fact I'm pretty sure Fonality assisted with the development of Asterisk@home. Either way Asterisk is very versatile and not really that complicated so even if you wanted to install a fresh version of 1.2.X you could probably do it with little difficulty. Asterisk is my specialty so feel free to ask any questions you may have.
