Attempting to do a CPU card replacement for a National Account Management Co. Got the back ups of Programing and ACD. However only can get System Programing to restore. The ACD file will not load. Old card was rel 8. something and new card is Eclipse 3. I named System programming SYS.PGM and ACD.PGM Also after new CPU seated Procomm became very unwieldy. Screens would lock up and only pressing reset button would allow further work. What's up. Am I severly lost?

You need to Intact your programming to be able to upgrade to that level of Software.
You can change the EPROMS on the CPU and keep that level of software and reload the original backup.
Good Luck!!
If all else fails, use a BFH.
