Viola makes the best one ( https://www.violanetworks.com/) but it is quite expensive. If memebers know of a product that can do most of what Viola's does but is cheaper I would be very interested in looking at it.

I just saw an ad for Fluke Networks NetTool VOIP tester. I'm not sure if will meet your request for cheap though
