webinars – need phone conference capability, ideally integrated web solution

The above has been requested in a system quote I have to prepare for a potential customer.

I am quoting a Nortel BCM for their solution.

I have not had the pleasure of dealing with this kind of request before. I will admit I am somewhat ignorant in this area.

Could someone explain how I might achieve this? What would I need as far as hardware/software for the BCM?

I have participated in webinars before. I am familiar with how they work, but never set one up.

We are an Intertel dealer, and they just purchased Linktivity. the collaboration product they have is great. Not sure about BCM integration, though.

SHORE-TEL QUESTIONS:

1. Does anyone have any competetive knowledge of Toshiba CIX versus the Shore-tel?

2. Also AND MY MAIN ? Can anyone provide any real figures on the typical yearly maintenance costs associated with the Shore-tel?

RATHER BE FISHING:

I'm not sure how much time you've invested in this board (or any others on the web for that matter) looking at some of the information that being relayed; but there are many, many posts that share information that could be used for competitive knowledge for ANYONE who wants it. My suggestion would be "if you don't have any information to share; then don't post a reply"!

Also, I must say since we are covering the rules here...I'm sure that this site is not used for the promotion of our products or companies either. In that case I wonder why I found a link (on every one of your posts) that takes me to your company website where you sell products and services?

What does this have to do with the orginal post asking about Webinars?
Maybe starting a new post instead of highjacking a existing post would be of more help for you. And a FYI a smart remark to a MOD will harm your chance for help.
As for you questions, Which product do you sell? When I worked for a Toshiba Dealer, Toshiba would put together the systems comparisions and provide it to the dealers. My guess is you need to a little homework to sell your product and you want someone else to do it for you.

Telrad has offered a webinar solution but I didn’t pursue it as I hadn't had a request for it. I can look into and PM you with some info.

You were asked nicely to complete your profile which is asked of everyone participating on this board. We do like to know whom we are helping. As far as you not knowing how much time I have participating on this board the little message counter will give you an idea that I am not a 2 post wonder. I also moderate this forum and can assure you that posts like yours are not helpful or warranted.
