We just got a Linksys SPA9000 PBX with an SPA400 voicemail unit; everything is working great except we can't come to consensus about how to access mailboxes from the outside world. We have tried a few common digits such as # and * but that doesn't seem to be it. We have it configured to go to voicemail after 4 rings, from there the caller can choose an extension. What is the key to log into your mailbox? Are we prompted for a mailbox number or do we have to tell the A-A to go there first?
