How about the TVsE Server. The AIP and Helix were like the MCK products but have been disconued for the TVsE.

I have an MCK Extender and Gateway on a Toshiba 424 on the same network. They can ping each other but show nc on the extender on all ports. The router is wide open out of the box defaults.
