Depends on the # of phones. By analog I assume you mean SLT phones like what would be in a normal residence.

You can use a T1 card to a channel bank if you need a large # of ports. Otherwise you can use any one of the number of analog phone cards. Something like a Sangoma A200 or a Digium TDM400. I would recommend you get an echo-cancellation card if you are going to be using POTS lines from the telco.

You want it cheap or right?

How are you getting lines into this system?

I run an asterisk system at my home. To connect analog POTs phones, I use unlocked Linksys PAP2T ATA. I define my SIP peer in Asterisk as well as in the PAP2T. I also have a 4 port T1 card in the Asterisk box with two channel banks connected. One channel bank is all FXS (provide dialtone to phone) and the other is FXO to connect together vintage switching systems (step-by-step). There are many ways to go; the ATA is an inexpensive way to go and it will allow you to connect two POTs phones to it.
