Has anyone tried to provide SIP trunks to an Asterisk Server from a PBX ? Specifically anyone that has tried this with a Tadiran IPx Office.

Assuming the Tadiran's version of SIP is standards compliant you shouldn't have any issue passing SIP to Asterisk. A lot of vendors will "modify" the standard in order to accommodate certain behaviours and features they want. What you will need to find out is how you need to form your outbound sip connection and what kind of DTMF the Tadiran expects.

For anyone that is interested I was able to network SIP trunks between my Tadiran / Coral IPx Office, and a TrixBox CE, for Details email me. This sets up similar to and IPNet Node, but it allows the customer to use any SIP phone Asterisk supports, (more than the 9 Tadiran has tested)
