Any info on uploading MOH .wav files into CallManager Express? Specifically, where might I look for a previously used file? and if it is not there, what format and file size limitations am I looking at?

As I previously posted all you have to do is use Adobe Audition and create a new file as 8khz, 16-bit, and save it as a .au or .wav file. Also I have found if you use -12 db as the max-level you will have a better sounding moh file. Once you do this go to telephone services and do a "no moh " and put the new file name in you are good. DO NOT JUST OVERWRITE THE FILE UNLESS YOU ARE PREPARED TO RELOAD THE ROUTER.
