Customers say that they have an existing network that will support CCIS or Netlink. Here is where I need help. I am using Wire shark at the moment and pinging across networks to test. I am looking for a product that can check an existing network for latency, packet loss and Bandwidth. As well to trouble shot the network. I am looking for this to see if an existing network can support a VIOP phone system. Any info is greatly appreciated help. As well something what will not brake the bank, if you know what I mean. Thanks
