Anyone have one of these behind a 1000 v2 and an analog connection via a cable provider?
We are having horrible speech speech and audio issues?
What voltage do you show in a speech state. We are showing 7 volts which according to IPitomy support needs to be at least 15 and according to Cox it is within there specs and the Docsis model.
This happens on all 4 ports but yet no issues on the analog lines on the main cabinet?

Steve:
What happens when you plug the cable provider lines into the IPCO4 in the main PBX and "swap" the lines?

They work just fine, we also have a couple of Deltacomm lines that work fine in the ICO4 but fail in the GW.
To me its obvious the 400 is the issue, to others its not.
I was looking to see if other resellers can confirm the voltages in a similar config.

We had similar issues with trunks coming from an Adtran TA channel bank. My suggestion was to see if they could change the "shape" of the signaling between sine wave and square wave. I'm not sure what happened but I'll find out.

First I plead my case with evidence and if that doesn't work I complain until the issue is resolved.
I that doesnt work then I fire someone or something until the problem is fixed.
I will not take no for an answer when my reputation and the clients final payment are in jeopardy. :toast:

I am on my way to Europe and just heard from the assigned tech.
Problem is resolved.
Jim - you may want to get the details from John W.
It was not a bad GW, network or the CO lines.
We appreciatte the visit.
